What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write, along with anything else you choose to provide — business name, the services you are interested in, your timeline, and your budget range. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry.

We also record the country your request came from and a one-way hashed form of your IP address. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your IP; it exists solely to limit automated form abuse.

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, persistent identifiers, or analytics of any kind.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are stored in a database controlled by Elkmade and hosted on Cloudflare D1, and an email notification is sent to Elkmade so the inquiry is seen promptly. Your information is used only to reply to your message and is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.

Submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them. See “Your rights” below.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare D1 — Stores contact form submissions. The database is controlled by Elkmade.
• Resend — Delivers the email notification for a submission. Receives the contents of your message in order to send it.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Spam prevention on the contact form, where enabled. Cookieless and does not track you across sites.
• Cloudflare Pages — Hosts this site. Standard server logs (IP, timestamp, URL) may be retained per Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any information you submitted via the contact form by emailing [email protected].
