Brand, Content & Web Design.

Three services. Three starting points. One designer, start to finish — no middlemen, no markup, no work you didn’t ask for.

Brand Identity

Something looks off — and it’s costing you.

Most small businesses get a logo and call it a brand. But a logo is just a shape. If your visuals look inconsistent, amateur, or like everyone else in your category, you’re asking people to trust you before you’ve given them a reason to. A complete visual identity fixes that at the foundation — logo, color, type, and the rules that make it all work together.

What’s included

  • Brand strategy brief
  • Logo mark + wordmark
  • Color palette
  • Typography system
  • Brand usage guidelines
  • File delivery (print + digital)

Ideal for

You’re launching and want to start with something real — not something you’ll have to redo in two years. Or you’ve been in business a while and your branding has never caught up to how good your work actually is. You’re losing people before they even know what you do, and you’re ready to fix it.

Content Design

Stop making posts at 11pm that still don’t look right.

Once your brand is built, I design a content system on top of it — templates, graphic elements, and a style guide so every post looks intentional, not assembled. If you’d rather not make the posts yourself, I also offer ongoing content creation: posts designed and delivered for you, consistently. Best paired with Brand Identity, or built on an existing system.

What’s included

  • Custom post templates (feed + stories)
  • Branded graphic elements
  • Caption and content guidance
  • Editable files (Canva or Adobe)
  • Content style guide

Ideal for

You have a brand — but your feed looks like you assembled it as you went. You want posts that look as intentional as your business actually is, without spending hours in Canva every week trying to make it happen. You’re too busy running the business to also be its designer.

Website Design

Nowhere to send people is its own problem.

Your brand needs somewhere to live online — and a site built on a stock template sends a different message than one built around your identity. I design and build clean, fast websites for small businesses that need a professional presence without the agency overhead.

What’s included

  • Custom website design
  • Mobile-responsive build
  • Brand-integrated from the ground up
  • SEO foundations (meta, headings, performance)
  • Launched and delivered

Ideal for

You don’t have a website, or you have one that embarrasses you to share. Your Instagram is not a website. You need a place that builds credibility the moment someone looks you up — and that looks as good as the work you do.

If you’ve been putting off fixing your brand, the longer you wait, the longer it costs you.

How it works.

Discover

I start with a deep brief — your business, your audience, what you stand for, and what you want to earn a reputation for.

Define

I bring a focused brand direction to the table — positioning, visual tone, and the strategic foundation everything is built on. You weigh in before anything gets designed.

Design

The work. One focused direction, developed fully — not three half-baked options. Refinement rounds are built in.

Deliver

You get the final files, the guidelines, and a walkthrough so you actually know how to use what you built. Not just delivered — handed off properly.

What businesses usually ask.

What does a brand identity package include?

Every brand identity project includes a logo mark and wordmark, a custom color palette, and final files for print and digital use. Scope varies by package — from the essentials (logo + business card) to a full identity system with typography, guidelines, and content templates. Details are in the Packages section above. Reach out if you’re not sure which fits.

What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is a single mark. A brand identity is the complete system — logo, color palette, typography, and the guidelines that govern how all of it works together. A logo on its own leaves too many decisions unanswered; a full brand identity means every designer, printer, or social post uses the same visual language.

How long does the branding process take?

Most brand identity projects are completed in four to six weeks, depending on scope and the pace of feedback rounds. The process runs in four stages: Discover, Define, Design, and Deliver.

How much does brand identity design cost?

I don’t publish fixed prices because different projects need different things. Tell me about your business and what you’re trying to build — I’ll give you a straight, specific number. No commitment to ask.

Is professional branding worth it for a business my size?

If your business is already getting in front of the right people but losing them because of how you look — yes, immediately. If you’re still figuring out your offer or audience, it can probably wait. But most of the businesses I talk to aren’t too small for branding; they’re just presenting smaller than they actually are.

How is this different from a cheap logo on Fiverr?

A Fiverr logo is a mark made for a fee, without knowing your business. What I build is a complete identity system rooted in how your business is positioned — who you are, who you’re for, and what you need to communicate to earn their trust. The difference shows up in whether you can actually use it consistently, and whether it still works in five years.

Do I need a full rebrand or just a logo?

If your business has never had a consistent visual system, or if your current brand no longer reflects what you do or who you serve, a full brand identity project is the right investment. If you have a strong existing identity and just need social content built on it, Content Design may be the better fit. Not sure? Start a conversation — I’ll help you figure it out.

Can I work with Elkmade if I’m outside Bryan–College Station?

Yes — I work with clients remotely and have worked with businesses in Austin, TX and Denver, CO. The entire process — discovery, design reviews, and final delivery — runs efficiently over video calls and shared documents.

How does the revision process work?

The process is built around one focused direction developed fully — not three half-baked options to choose from. Refinement rounds are built into every project, and the goal is to get the design right, not just finished.

See it before you decide.
